  As modern medical science is, the complications caused by a life-style that is unhealthy will never save you. Rather than seeking a modern medical solution for every problem, it is far better to live in such a way that you are rarely ill.

 An ounce of prevention is far superior to a pound of cure. Here are seven suggestions for living a long and healthy life. Furthermore, the same way of life that helps you avoid illness also helps you lose weight.

1.Get up each day early


 Again, the old saying, "Early in bed, early in the morning, makes a good, wealthy, and wise man." I don't know if it's going to make you rich, but I am sure it's going to make you well. It just takes the body sufficient sleep. Not too much sleep.



2.Conduct regular meditation

Your mind is connected with your body. There are many psychosomatic disorders in this century. Our physical wellbeing is affected by stress and worry. 3.Get plenty of workout

Fasting is not a ritual for hermits in a cave, but one that can be practiced by everyone.


6.Wash before going to bed with cool water


 Proper sleep is important for maintaining health, as discussed above. If you wash your main motor and sensory organs before sleep with cool water (hands, arms, eyes, legs, mouths, genitals), this will relax and prepare you for deep sleep.



7.When you're tired, go to sleep

 It may sound straightforward, but many people are still late even though their body tells them it's time for sleep. Yoga and Ayurvedic doctors also say that sleeping in the night and working during the day are safer. But people like students are getting caffeine and stimulants late into the night to prepare. Others have the habit of sleeping and being busy at night. Eventually, it takes a toll on wellbeing, but we can do that. Alternative doctors of health state that this type of unnatural life contributes to cancer and other diseases.
