The value of yoga can significantly enhance medical conditions. Yoga can lessen harmful effects such as respiratory illness, Parkinson's, anxiety, cystic fibrosis high blood pressure and even articular pain. Today the advantage of Yoga is understood not only by yoga but by many doctors as a valid alternative. In many diseases today, stress is the primary cause. The Surgeon General states that "80 % of people who die from non-traumatic diseases are actually dead from stressful diseases." Astonishing factor in today's world.

It is not surprising that some people are shifting to alternative solutions in this fast-paced environment. The use of yoga is just one answer of this kind. Because stress arises in the mind, it is natural that disorders such as depression, anxiety, obsessional disorder, multiple autoimmune diseases, and certain forms of diabetes mellitia are at the heart of the current situation and quality of life. Our central nervous system's reaction reflects external tension. The feedback signals, called 'fight or flight,' affect our physiology and our well-being. Faced with danger, actual or imaginary, the mind prepares the body for one of these two situations. Symptoms involve increased cardiac velocity, increased blood pressure, and an end to increased body activities like digestion.

The process of digestion and removal stops. It can be good – our body can protect itself. That's good. But when this situation is long-term, complications occur. The situation of "flight or fight" is intended to be a rather short-term situation. Long-term exposure to this situation can be shown to have very harmful effects on the body. Yoga can change that. That can change. In the nature, the 'fight or flight' countermeasure is referred to as the 'muscle relaxation.'

The nerves or the vagus are the primary nerves of the parasympathic system. The medulla oblongata comes from them. Parasympathetic stimulation results in slowed heartbeat, reduced blood pressure, increased skin and viscera bloody flow, and GI tract peristalsis – the exact opposite of symptoms of "fight or flight." Yoga leads the pupil to respire deeply and relax the muscles. Yoga has a distinct advantage.

The body heals more quickly and stress reduces adverse effects. Yoga subscribes to the idea that the adverse effects of stress on the body can be reversed, or at least reduced significantly, by using breathing and relaxation techniques. By meditation and spiritual calming, Yoga teaches one to face a "fight or flight" situation from the danger of a challenge. One should focus on seeking a solution instead of immediately reacting to the stimuli through practise. You learn to be positive about your life and take care of stressors.

There is no debating the value of yoga. Through using the techniques of this ancient tradition, everyone can achieve the necessary order and peace in their lives. Recall, though, that the remedy to all challenges in existence is not just one thing. Mixing yoga with the wonders of modern medicine and conventional cures, the average person can live a longer and happier life in the present era.
